Note: Most driver deletions require that a driver exclusion form be signed. It is likely that we will send you a driver exclusion for your signature. Once that exclusion is returned to us, then the change will be made. If a driver exclusion is not necessary, you will simply receive an e-mail from us indicating that the change has been made. Also, it should be noted that once a driver is deleted, there is no coverage for that deleted driver.
